PBA Semis: Curtains draw for Rain or Shine, Burger King
There's so much to be said for the classic finals match-up between Ginebra and San Miguel, and we'll get to that in a bit, but first, I wanted to write about the semifinal victims: Rain or Shine, which finally ran out of gas against Ginebra, and Burge

PBA Finals: San Miguel, Ginebra split weekend games as suspension mars game 3
I had hoped to write about this sooner, but I’ve got a lot of things on my plate so I’m only able to blog during short breaks at work. Anyway, San Miguel took game 2 last Friday, 95-78, after a monster game by Marc Pingris, but the dying seconds of th

The PBA draft happens this Sunday, and while there's a lot of buzz regarding Burger King possibly selling the rights to draft Japeth Aguilar (as they did with Arwind Santos, Cyrus Baguio, and all their stars), ayoko munang patulan yun. Here's my first moc

Dominoes fall with some big news. Burger King finally completes the Arwind Santos trade, and they receive Marc Pingris back in return, who's apparently headed to Purefoods. I love Pingris as a player, but I hate the fishiness of all of these deals. Patric

For me, the most interesting news coming out of the rookie draft camp are the player measurements. Some guys turn out to be taller than their list height, such as former De La Salle forward Mark Benitez who was actually measured to be a shade taller than

2009 PBA Draft Results
As expected, Burger King made Japeth Aguilar the first overall pick in the 2009 PBA Draft. While the top picks went as planned, there were a handful of surprises, with a huge WTF moment with Alaska’s pick of Michael Burtscher. I’m guessing Rafe Bartholome

Ouch! I'm not surprised anymore regarding this matter.
So I'll just expect for another wild card finish next conference for this team.

Aaah. Ryan Gregorio. The man who answers his questions by starting with an adverb. It shouldn't be surprising that Quinito never doubts this guy. After all, Gregorio is as annoying as Quinito each time he speaks. Wala na bang ibang makuha ang PBA na analyst?
