Just backtracking all podcasts, I'd like to raise a point on players moving in to a loaded team and end up better players. While Rabeh will probably be a better center in there (because he has no other player to share minutes with), I'm doubting Baclao will develop with SMB. It seems that way pag natrade na sila (like Samigue Eman) bigla sila nagbloblossom, kasi wala silang minutes in a talented team, then all of a sudden they'll have the minutes that they have when they move out.
On a related note, I think of Doug Kramer - he barely saw minutes in Ginebra but when Air21 plucked him out and went to RoS, bigla sya naging reliable player. Or maybe Denok Miranda - he used to be a starter and stood out in that 2008 SLR team pero with SMB, he hasn't logged that much minutes. Same goes for Yeo (although he has seen better minutes with Hontiveros gone).
The challenge for Baclao is to stand out in SMB. But that will probably be difficult at this point with JWash and Santos occupying his position. So I'd go with the FireQuinito movement, #freenonoy. hehe
